Alexander J. Hora Jr.; 50; of Park Avenue; Belle Vernon; died Wednesday; Aug. 14; 2002; in Mon Valley Hospital. He was born in New Eagle on March 22; 1952. Catholic by faith; Mr. Hora had resided in Belle Vernon for the past 25 years and was formerly from Donora. Mr. Hora was a registered nurse for Interim Healthcare of Pittsburgh. Survivors include his wife of 29 years; Sherry Stringhill Hora; their children; Jennifer; Alexander J. and Eric Rudolph Hora; all of Belle Vernon; his parents; Alexander J. and Irene Gulya Hora of Rostraver Township; three sisters and two brothers-in-law; Alexis and Lloyd Fernandez of Belle Vernon; Patricia and Kenneth Perez of Cleveland; Ohio; and Irene Hussar of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME INC.; a Golden Rule Member Firm; 700 Broad Ave.; Belle Vernon. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Saturday; Aug. 17; at 10:30 a.m. with Elders Thomas A. Hamer and William Mines officiating. Entombment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
