Alderio Livi,aged 55 years, prominent grocery and produce merchant of Fayette City,died in Mercy hospital,Pittsburgh,at 6:45 a.m. Saturday, July 25,1942. His death was sudden and was attributed to complications which developed following an operation. Mr. Livi was born in Italy on July 4,1887. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Livi;two daughters, Mrs. Jean Hospoder and Miss Semina Livi, at home;three sons, Private James Livi in the U. S. Army,Emil and Dennis Paul,at home and one sister, Mrs. Mary Dolfi of Belle Vernon. The remains may be viewed at the late home until the time for funeral services at 9 a.m. Tuesday, July 28,with Requiem Mass in St. Eusebius Church,Fayette City. Rev. Wilhelm will offficiate. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Geo.M. McCrory and Son, funeral directors.
