Obituary

Albino J.Brizzi,404 Coal Alley,Belle Vernon,died Thursday,September 21,1978,in the Allegheny General Hospital,Pittsburgh. He was 64. Born in Black Diamond,Carroll Twp.,June 14,1914,Mr.Brizzi had been a resident of Belle Vernon for the past 37 years. He was a former resident of Webster. Mr.Brizzi retired in July 1974 as a foreman for the former Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railroad. He was a member of St.Sebastian Catholic Church,Belle Vernon,and the Italia-Unita Club of Charleroi. Mr.Brizzi is survived by his widow,Naomi Niccolai Brizzi,one son,James J.Brizzi and his wife,Gloria Dragan Brizzi,of Monessen,two brothers,Jerry Brizzi of Chicago,Ill.,and James Brizzi of Donora,four sisters,Mrs.Lena Rivis,San Antonio,Texas,Mrs.Ceil Bastianini of Finleyville,Mrs.Mary Delia of Belle Vernon,and Mrs.Della Godfrey of Donora,and two grandchildren,James J.Brizzi Jr.and Jason Brizzi. Friends will be received in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,on Saturday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Prayer services will be held at the funeral home Monday at 9:30 a.m.,followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at St.Sebastian Catholic Church,Belle Vernon. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson is the funeral director in charge of arrangements.
