Mrs. Alberta Jones,aged 48 years,905 Schoonmaker avenue,died Friday morning,September 10,1954,at 7 o'clock at her late home. Surviving are a son, Dennis Jones, of Monessen;four brothers,Charles Smith and John H. Smith,both of Chicago,Ill.,and Willie B. Smith and Samuel L. Smith,both of Ashport,Tenn.;a sister,Rosetta Smith,of Ashport,Tenn.;and five grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Draper Funeral Home,between the hours of 1 and 5 and 7 and 10 p.m. Funeral services will be held from Mt. Calvary Baptist Church on Tuesday,Sept. 14,at 11 a.m.,with Rev. Edgar Archie officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Beverly C. Draper,funeral director.
