Mrs. Alberta Drew,age 50,of 1554 Schoonmaker avenue,Monessen,died at 4 p.m. Thursday,Nov. 4,1955,in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital,after a brief illness. Her husband,Edward Drew,preceded her in death three years ago. She is survived by a son,Charles Drew,of Cleveland,a daughter,Dolores,at home;and a sister,Mrs. Anna Mae Alexander of New Orleans. Friends will be received at the Draper Funeral Home after 7 o'clock on Saturday. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday,Nov.7,at the funeral home chapel,with Rev. J.O. Neal,of the Metropolitan Baptist Church,Charleroi,in charge. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Beverly C. Draper,funeral director in charge.
