Albert P.Miller;55;of 213 McKee Ave.;Monessen;died today at 12:45 a.m. in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital after a lingering illness. Mr.Miller worked as an electrician at the Monessen Page Division of American Chain and Cable Co.until he retired on disability in October;1960. He was a member of St.Leonard’s Roman Catholic Church;Monessen;Monessen No.1 Volunteer Fire Dept.and Relief Association;Westmoreland County and West Pennsylvania Firemen Associations and B.P.O.Elks No.773;of Monessen. Born in Monessen;Mr.Miller was the son of the late Philip and Mary Baldis Miller. He is survived by a son;Albert P. of Cudahy;Calif.;one brother;William J.Miller of North Charleroi;a sister;Mrs. Clair (Mary) Anderson of Belle Vernon;two grandchildren and two nieces. Friends will be received at the H.Denver Rhome Funeral Home;Monessen;after 7 p.m. Sept.4. Blessing service there Monday;Sept.6 at 10:30 a.m. followed by requiem high mass at 11 a.m. in St.Leonard’s R.C.Church;Monessen. The Rev.Regis M.Hickey;pastor;will officiate.
