Albert L. Watkins,32 of R.D.2 Belle Vernon,died Tuesday,Dec.18,1956,as a result of a house fire. He was a member of the Joseph H. Ford Post 691 of the American Legion. He is survived by his father,Albert Watkins;two brothers,Ray and Robert,and two sisters,Kate and Margaret Watkins,all of Belle Vernon. Friends are being received at the Carter Funeral Home,Monessen from 1 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will be at the funeral home on Saturday,Dec.22,at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. A.C.Morris,of the Antioch Baptist Church,Belle Vernon,delivering the eulogy. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Duboise Carter,funeral director.
