Albert J. Ghenne,84,of Fallowfield Twp.,Monongahela R.D. 2 died Sunday,Jan. 29,1961 at 3:45 a.m. at his home,after a lingering illness. Mr. Ghenne was born in Charleroi,Belgium,April 21,1876. He was a retired farmer. He was a member of St. Jerome's R.C.Church,Charleroi. Preceded in death by his wife,Mathilde Porignaux Ghenne in Feb.,1960,and a son, Ernest H.Ghenne,in 1940,he is survived by one daughter, Alice E. Ghenne at home;one sister,Mrs. John Matz,of Monongahela and two grandsons,Donald Osborne and Ernest Osborne. Friends will be received at the Schrock Funeral Home,Charleroi,during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m.,Monday and Tuesday. Requiem High Mass will be sung at St. Jerome's R.C.Church,Charleroi,by the Rev. James F. McKeever,Wednesday,Feb. 1,1961,at 9 a.m. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold L. Schrock is the funeral director.
