Obituary

Agnes Rodebaugh Quinn, 90, of Rostraver Township, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 4, 2006. Born in Pricedale on Sept. 20, 1915, she was a daughter of the late John Hershel and Janet Cowan Rodebaugh. A homemaker, Mrs. Quinn was a member of Pricedale Union Church, where she taught Sunday and Bible school classes and was a member of the JIM Women's group and the choir. She is survived by her daughter, Janice Q. Sarber and husband Lanny, of Rostraver Township, son-in-law, Ronald A. Monack, of Charleroi, daughter-in-law, Joanne Quinn, of New Stanton, eight grandchildren, Dr. Ronald A. Monack and wife Mary, Lorri Jo Demers and husband Mark, Michael Quinn, Robert Quinn and wife Mary, Tamara Keen and husband Michael, Kelly Broadwater, and Ginger and Sherri Sarber, six great-grandchildren, Megan A. Monack, Ronald P. Monack, Jared Quinn, Michael A. Keen, Kimberly Pallo and Amber Picchiarini, and one great-great-grandchild, Trey Gavan Pallo. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving and devoted husband, Charles H. Quinn, on Feb. 1, 2001, they would have celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary four months later on June 16, 2001. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Edith I. Monack, on Sept. 29, 1985, a son, Charles E. Quinn, on Dec. 6, 1993, three brothers and two sisters-in-law, John Rodebaugh, Edward Rodebaugh and wife Mary, and the Rev. Howard Rodebaugh and wife Edna, and a sister, Irene Rodebaugh. Friends will be received Monday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the JAMES C. STUMP FUNERAL HOME INC., 580 Circle Drive, Sweeney Plan/Rostraver Township (724-929-7934), where a Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, March 8 at 10 a.m. with the Rev. James J. Mimidis officiating. Entombment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery, Rostraver Township.
