Obituary

Agnes Tarantino of 218 Perry Ave.,Belle Vernon,died Monday,May 7,1984 in West Penn Hospital,Pittsburgh. She was 47. Mrs.Tarantino was born in West Newton,a daughter of the late John and Mary Andriechack Kopko. She was a member of St.Sebastian Roman Catholic Church,Belle Vernon. A resident of the Belle Vernon area since 1963,Mrs.Tarantino was formerly of West Newton. In addition to her parents,she was preceded in death by two brothers,John and Elmer Kopko. Survivors include her husband,Louis J.Tarantino,two daughters,Mrs.Timothy (Lisa) Naylor of Charleroi and Lu Ann at home,two brothers,Thomas Kopko of Danbury,Conn.,and Charles Kopko of New Milford,Conn.,four sisters,Mrs Dorothy Arway of Wyano,Mrs.Eleanor Smichnick of Charleroi,Mrs.Evelyn Warner of Trafford and Mrs.Mary Barbaras of Fort Lauderdale,Fla.,one grandson,Timothy Naylor Jr.,and her mother-in-law and father-in-law,Mr.and Mrs.Raymond Roland of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received Tuesday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home,700 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,where a prayer service will be held on Thursday,May 10,at 9:30 a.m.,followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in St.Sebastian R.C.Church. Burial will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson,funeral director,is in charge of arrangements.
