Mrs.Adele Rousseau;a pioneer resident of Charleroi;where she migrated from Roux;Belgium;50 years ago;died Saturday;February 22;1941 at 11:30 a.m.at the home of a daughter;Mrs.Mary Sprumont;in Springdale. She had been ill and confined to her bed since January 6. The family resided in Charleroi for 20 years and then removed to a farm near Kittanning. Surviving are six children;Arthur;Alex and Joseph;of Belle Vernon;John;of Creighton;Pa.;Mrs.Sprumont;at whose home she died;and Mrs.Eva Brown. Her husband;John B.Rousseau;preceded her in death in 1919. Friends are being received at the home of her son;Joseph Rousseau;in Belle Vernon;where services will be held Tuesday;February 25;1941;at 2 p.m.in charge of Rev.James Rainey. Interment will follow in the Belle Vernon Cemetery.
