Aberhardt B.Lessman;93;of Fallowfield Township;died Friday;June 21;1996;in Mon Valley Hospital. He was born Jan.7;1903;in Charleroi;a son of the late John and Abertina Huckles Lessman. Mr.Lessman was a member of St.Mary’s Episcopal Church;Charleroi. He was retired from Allenport Plant of Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel. Surviving are three sons and daughters-in-law;Robert and Emily Lessman of New Mexico;Carl and Ruth Lessman of Sewickley and David and Donna Lessman of Fallowfield Township;a daughter and son-in-law;Norma and Donald Lensky of Fallowfield Township;three grandchildren;Sharon Lensky Evans;Davonna Goldstein and John Remish;and three great-grandchildren;Darcie Duffy Catz;Hailey and Torre Remish. In addition to his parents;he was preceded in death by his wife;Violet Lessman;who died in 1976;four brothers;Andrew;Eugene;Edward and John Lessman;and one sister;Alice Walker. Friends will be received in the Carl J.Spallino Funeral Home;819 Fallowfield Ave.;Charleroi;Sunday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m.in St.Mary’s Episcopal Church;Charleroi;with the Rev.Robert Coval officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Carl J.Spallino Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
