Calvin Hill,Jr.,Youngstown,Ohio, died Tuesday,March 16,1954,at 2 a.m. in Southside Hospital there. The deceased had lived in Monessen until two years ago when he removed to Youngstown. He served with the Armed forces from 1947 until 1949. Surviving are his wife,Mrs. June Hughes Hill;two children,Calvin III,and Sharon Rose;his parents,Mr.and Mrs. Calvin Hill, Sr.,of Monessen;two brothers, Harold Leroy,of Lotora,Ohio,and Robert Lee of Monessen; two sisters,Dolores,of Steubenville, Ohio and Mrs. Alice Mills,of Monessen;and his grandmother,Mrs. Edna Smith,of Monessen. Friends will be received at the Draper Funeral Home,608 Sixth street, until Friday morning when the remains will be taken to the home of his parents at 326 Third street.
