Rose Marie Guzzie;51;of Rosemont Plan;Belle Vernon R.D.4;died Wednesday;Oct.13;1976 at 10:30 a.m.in Allegheny General Hospital;Pittsburgh. She was born in Monessen of Feb.28;1925;a daughter of the late Carmen and Pasqua Rosa Procaccini. Mrs.Guzzie had lived in Belle Vernon the past 20 years and formerly resided in Monessen. She was a member of St.Sebastian Catholic Church;Belle Vernon;and the Catholic Daughters of America. Mrs.Guzzie had been employed at the C.L.Melenyzer Furniture Co.store in Charleroi for 11 years;retiring in June;1976. Surviving are her husband;Michael Guzzie;two daughters;Mrs.Gerald D.(Patricia) Tonarelli of Belle Vernon and Judith H.;at home;and two grandsons. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday;Oct.14;and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Friday;Oct.15. Prayers will be recited at the funeral home on Saturday;Oct.16;at 9:30 a.m.;followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.;in St.Sebastian Catholic Church;Belle Vernon. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Heart Fund;through the funeral home.
