Born in Donora on Feb.3;1924;Mrs.Gray was a daughter of the late Henry and Celester Troupe and was a life-long Donora resident. She was a 1942 graduate of Donora High School and a member of St.Paul Baptist Church and Senior Missionary Sociey;both of Donora. Survivors include her husband;Herschel D.Gray;two sons;Gary of Seabrook;Md.;and Guy;at home;and daughter;LaVerne Gray of Donora;two sisters;Mrs.Danella Lewis of Donora and Mrs.Louise Simon of Clairton;and one grandson;Anthony Gray of Seabrook;Md. Friends will be received after 7 p.m.Sunday;Aug.3;and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Monday;Aug.4;at the Percy E.Law Jr.Funeral Home;Donora. Services will be held Tuesday;Aug.5;at 11 a.m.at St.Paul Baptist Church;Donora;with the Rev.W.E.McBrayer;pastor;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
