Laura Gay;68;of Pricedale died Monday;July 24;1972;at 4:35 p.m. She was born Feb.1;1904. Mrs.Gay was preceded in death by her husband Clarence on Nov.14;1966. Surviving are three brothers;Louis Hillard of Oak Hill;W.Va.;and brothers;in Pittsburgh and Youngstown;Ohio;a nephew and a step-granddaughter. Friends will be received from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m.Wednesday at the William R.Taylor Funeral Home;Monessen;where services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m.with the Rev.Bertha Sydnor;pastor of the Pleasant Green AME;Pricedale;officiating.
