Wilford D. Gaskill,73,of 500 Olive Ave.,North Charleroi,died Wednesday,July 19,1972 at 1:30 p.m. in Monongahela Memorial Hospital. He was born in Naomi,Fayette County,Sept. 1,1898,a son of the late Samuel H.and Margaret Foulks Gaskill.He was a member and elder of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Donora. He was a retired Prudential Insurance agent. He was a veteran of World War II. Surviving are his widow,Freda Valentine Gaskill;one daughter,Mrs. Norma Jean Travis of Fairfax,Va.,one brother,Samuel H. Gaskill of North Charleroi, one sister,Grayce Gaskill of North Charleroi; and one grandson,Richey Scott Travis. Friends will be received from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. in the Harold L. Schrock Funeral Home,226 Fallowfield Ave.,Charleroi. A funeral service will be held Saturday,July 22,at 1 p.m. in the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints,Second St.and Thompson Ave.,Donora,in charge of Elder Samuel Zonker of Wellsburg.W.Va.,assisted by Andrew Terick.
