Obituary

Dennis Raymond Glover,22,of 128 Homewood Ave.,Belle Vernon,was pronounced dead at 8 a.m.Thursday moring,July 28,1966,at Charleroi-Monessen Hospital following an auto accident earlier in the morning on Route 70 near Trocadero Motor Lodge in Rostraver Twp. Glover,who married Patricia Matrosky on June 11,was employed at Combustion Engineering Co.in Indiana,Pa.,and was enroute to work. He was a passenger in a car with Nick Chomko,driver,and David Grunick,both of Monessen,who were also killed in the crash. Andrew Latkanic of Monessen,also in the car,was injured. Mr.Glover was a member of Evangelical United Brethren Church of Monessen. He had served in the United States Navy for three years. Surviving besides his widow are his parents,Mr.and Mrs.Warren Zaph of Belle Vernon,a sister,Garnet Glover of New York City,and a brother,Karol W.Glover of Belle Vernon. Friends will be received at the Harold R.Toner Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,after 7 p.m.,July 29. Service there Monday,Aug.1,at 2 p.m.with the Rev.William M.West,pastor of Evangelical United Brethren Church of Monessen,officiating. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Funeral home visiting hours will be 2 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Harold R.Toner,funeral director.
