Wilbert Green,51,of 1113 Schoonmaker Ave.,Monessen,died in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital Monday,Feb. 8,1965,at 1:30 p.m.after being admitted the same day at 12:45 a.m. Born in Finleyville,July 21,1913,he came to Monessen in 1920. Mr. Green was employed in the open hearth department of the Monessen plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. Surviving are his widow,Dorothy, two sisters, Mrs. Doris H. Taylor of Chicago, Ill.and Mrs. Thelma Robinson of Monessen ana a brother,James of Monessen. Friends are being received at the Beverly C. Draper Funeral Home,Monessen from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services in Union Baptist Church,Monessen,on Thursday,Feb. 11,at 11 a.m. The Rev. D.D. Chatman,pastor,will officiate.
