Obituary
Frederick D. German, 83,of 1236 Highalnd Ave.,Monessen,died in the Charleroi-Monessen Hospital Tuesday,July 2,1963, at 7 a.m. He was born Feb. 28,1880. He was a member of the Wayman AME Church of Monessen,and served on the steward board. He was retired from the Monessen plant of the Pittsburgh Steel Co. He is survived by one brother, William of Baltimore,Md.,three grandchildren,Bernardine Turner of Monessen,Alicia Askins and Donald Macer of Baltimore,Md. Friends will be received at the DuBoise Carter Funeral Home,Monessen from 2 to 4 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral service Friday,July 5,at 11 a.m. at Wayman A.M.E.Church,Monessen,with Rev. H.L. Anderson officiating. Burial in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
