Mrs.Mary P.Gourley;85;of 685 McKee avenue; Monessen;died in the Charleroi-Monessen hospital June 7;1958;at 6:40 a.m. She was born in Parkers Landing;Clarion County;and was the oldest member of the Monessen Presbyterian church. She was also a member of the Monessen Order of Eastern Star. Preceded in death by her husband;Orren M.Gourley;in 1926;she is survived by one son;Lawrence M.of Sharon;a daughter;Mrs.Mabel B.Vaughn;with whom she made her home;one brother;Granville E.Pollock;New Bethlehem;two sisters;Mrs.James (Sarah) Lace and Mrs.Chauncey (Laura)Heeter;New Bethlehem.eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Rhome Funeral home during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held there Monday;June 9;1958;at 1:30 p.m.in charge of Rev.Abner P.Richard;and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
