Sophie H.Felix;73;of 326 Graham St.Belle Vernon;died Thursday;April 8;1976;at 6:40 p.m.in Charleroi Division of Mon Valley Hospital. She was born in McKeesport on April 1;1903 and had lived in Belle Vernon the past three years. She formerly resided in Monessen. She was preceded in death by two sisters;Mrs.Mary Dudgeon and Mrs.Rose Badzik. Surviving are her husband;Walter J.Felix;two daughters;Mrs.Stephen (Lucille) Druash of Monessen and Mrs.Joseph (Karen) Taravella of Monongahela;two sisters;Mrs.Michael (Lucy) Mac of McKeesport and Mrs.Jenny Piotrowski of Monessen;and three grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;from 7 to 9 p.m.Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday. Services will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 11 a.m.with Pastor William M.Jamison of the Alliance Chapel;Elizabeth;officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
