Obituary

William J.Fedor,64,of 1115 Hill St.,Belle Vernon,died Wednesday,Aug.13,1975,at 11:30 a.m.in Monongahela Division of Mon Valley Hospital,following an illness of several weeks. Mr.Fedor was born July 20,1911,in Walkerton,Va.,and lived in the Mon Valley area most of his life. Mr.Fedor was a retired employee of the pipe shop of Monessen Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. He was a member of St.Leonard Catholic Church of Monessen,Mon Valley Association of Retired Steelworkers,Hungarian Beneficial Society of Pricedale,and a social member of various organizations in the Mon Valley. He is survived by two daughters,Mrs.Tim (Martha) Veschio of Tampa,Fla.and Mrs.Betty (Margaret) Couser of Webster,six grandchildren,one sister,Mrs.William (Margaret) Vivian of Monessen,and two brothers,John Fedor and Albert Fedor,both of Monessen. Friends will be received in the Robert A.Billick Funeral Home,Inc.Monessen,from 7 to 9 p.m.Thursday,Aug.14,and from 2 to 4 p.m.and 7 to 9 p.m.Friday,Aug.15. A Blessing service will be held at 9:30 a.m.Saturday,Aug.16,followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m.in St.Leonard Catholic Church of Monessen,with the Rev.Henry Dinicco,pastor,officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Robert A.Billick,funeral director in charge.
