Lenora Elizabeth Foulks;of 608 Fourth St.;North Charleroi;died Wednesday;Nov.1;at 9:30 p.m. at her home. She was the daughter of the late Charles J.and Harriet Risbeck Phillips. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Charleroi and past president of the Home and Hospital Club of North Charleroi. She was preceded in death by her husband;William J.;in 1941 and a son;Olan W.;in 1969. Surviving are one daughter;Mrs.Ruth Langlais at home;two brothers;Frank C.Phillips of Belle Vernon and Olan C.Phillips of New Salem;two sisters;Mrs.Helen Beck of Mt.Lebanon and Mrs.Hazel Carroll of New Salem. Friends will be received from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Harold L.Schrock Funeral Home;Charleroi;where a service will be held Saturday;Nov.4 at 11 a.m. with the Rev.Francis M.Blair officiating.
