Anna G. Ferguson of Apt. 213,Valley Manor,Monessen,died Sunday,May 2,1971,at 1:55 a.m.in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital after an illness of one month. Born in Connellsville,she was a resident of Monessen for over 65 years. She was a member of St. Leonard's R.C. Church,Monessen,Catholic Daughters of America,Monessen Court 776,Legion of Mary Ladies Auxiliary of Monessen Volunteer Fire Deartment No.1 and Senior Citizens. She was preceded in death by her husband,Samuel,in January,1935,and a son, Wilbert,in July,1965. Surviving are a daughter,Mrs.Jack (Margaret) Hornbake of Miami,Fla.;one son,James B. Ferguson of Monessen;seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends are being received at the Billick Funeral Home,Monessen,where a Blessing service will be held Tuesday,May 4,at 9:30 a.m.followed by Requiem High Mass at 10 a.m.,at St. Leonard's R.C.Church,Monessen,with the Rev.Regis Hickey,pastor,as celebrant.
