Olen W.Foulks of 608 Fourth St.;North Charleroi;died in Washington (Pa)Hospital at 5:55 a.m. Wednesday;Jan.29;1969. Born in North Charleroi;he was educated in Charleroi schools and was a graduate of Cincinnati College of Embalming;Class of 1937. Mr.Foulks was a member of Charleroi Presbyterian Church and a veteran of World War II;having served with the U.S.Army. He was employed as a social worker for the state Bureau of Vocational Rehabilitation. He previously had worked with the U.S.Graves Registration Service in Alaska and at one time had been a funeral director in Gerard;Pa. Surviving are his mother;Mrs.Lenora Phillips Foulks of North Charleroi;and a sister;Ruth H.Foulks of Stamford;Conn. His father;William J.Foulks;is deceased. Friends are being received at the Harold L.Schrock Funeral Home;Charleroi;from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Service there Saturday;Feb.1;at 1 p.m. with the Rev.Francis M.Blair;pastor of Charleroi Presbyterian Church;officiating.
