Mrs.Alice Forsythe;53;of Jacobs Creek;died Monday morning;October 5;1964;in Frick Community Hosital;Mount Pleasant. She was born Nov.27;1910;in Tarentum;a daughter of the late Charles and Lulu Mae Carbaugh. Surviving are five daughters;Mrs.Stanley (Barbara) Soutter of Belle Vernon;R.D.1;Mrs.Theodore (Lorraine) Wukavich of Van Voorhis;Mrs.Thomas (Ruth Ann) Harberger of Uniontown;Mrs.John (Darlene) Emerick of Jacob Creek and Miss Joyce at home;two sons;Charles with the U.S.Army at Fort Knox;Ky.;and John at home and 12 grandchildren. The funeral service will be held at 2 p.m.Wednesday;Oct.7;1964; at the Barthels Funeral Home at Smithton. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
