Viola M.Fox,76,of 145 State St.,Speers,died in Charleroi-Monessen Hospital,Monday,July 8,1963,at 5:20 a.m. Mrs. Fox had lived in Speers since 1947,coming from Belle Vernon where she had lived 20 years. She was born in Plainsville,Pa,.on March 22,1887,and was a member of the Presbyterain Church in Belle Vernon and the R.J.Linton Bible Class of the church. Her husband,Jesse H.,preceded her in death in Jan.9,1925. Surviving are one son,Jesse Edward Fox of Speers;two brothers,Albert Rhoades of Burryville,Va.,and Warren A.of Moosic,Pa.;two sisters,Mary Rhoades of Speers,and Mrs.Olivia Shunk of Raleigh,N.C.,and three grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home in Belle Vernon after 2 p.m.July 9. Service there Thursday,July 11 at 3 p.m.in charge of Dr.S.Arthur Talman,pastor of the First Presbyterain Church in Belle Vernon. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Shelby D.Ferguson,funeral director.
