Sanders S.Farkas;61;of 3 James St.;Belle Vernon;died July 6;1960;at 11:55 p.m. in the Charleroi-Monessen Hospital. He was born in Hungary;March 5;1899;and was a member of the Belle Vernon Presbyterian Church. He was employed at the Pittsburgh Plate Glass plant in Ford City since 1917;and at the time of his death was foreman. He had been ill since October;1959. He is survived by his wife;Essen Trozzo Farkas;one son;Richard;a daughter;Mrs.Jacob (Sondra) Rogers of Belle Vernon;two brothers;Luke S. and Joseph S.Farkas;both of Charleroi;and two grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon. Visiting hours are 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Funeral services will be held from the funeral home Saturday;July 9;at 1:30 p.m. in charge of the Rev.S.Arthur Talman.
