Carlo (Charles) Ferrari of 221 McKean avenue,Charleroi,died suddenly at his home on Sunday,January 11,1959,at 10:20 p.m. He was born in Italy,August 4,1902,the son of Dominic and Assunta Orsucci Ferrari. A former resident of Vesta,he moved to Charleroi several years ago,and was a member of the Mother of Sorrows Church in Charleroi and the Holy Name Society. He was also a member of the N.I.P.A. of Monessen. He is survived by his parents,Mr.and Mrs. Dominic Ferrari of Charleroi,five brothers, Reno of Speers,Nello of Belle Vernon,William in Texas,Albert,of Fayette City,and Alfred of Charleroi,five sisters,Mrs.Carabina Niccolai,and Mrs.Charlotte Pardiny,of Charleroi,Mrs. Minnie Mazzie,of Dunlevy,Mrs. Lena Mazzie of St. Louis,Missouri,and Mrs.Jean Pantaleo,of Monessen, and eleven nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Francis C. Slezak Funeral Home by the family from 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Requiem High Mass will be sung by Rev. J.J. Thomas in the Mother of Sorrows Church,January 15,at 10 a.m.,and interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Francis C. Slezak is the funeral director.
