Samuel A. Fazio,47,of 604 Bluff street, Belle Vernon,died of a heart attack,Saturday, July 2,1955,at 3 a.m. He was employed at Cresent No.2 Mine,Republic Steel Company,as a Lamp Man. He is sruvived by his wife, Mrs. Goldie Fazio,two daughters, Mrs. Robert Raffelo,of Detroit,Michigan,and Miss Pamela Fazio at home;his father, Pete Fazio of Belle Vernon;a brother, Angelo of Belle Vernon;four sisters, Mrs. James Colosimo of Yorkville,Ohio,Mrs. Sam Sellaro of Morgantown,West Virginia,Mrs. Dominick Sack and Mrs. Michael Conn of Belle Vernon and one grandchild. Friends will be received at the Toner Funeral Home during hours of 1 to 5 and 7 to 10 p.m. Requiem High Mass will be sung in St. Sebastian Church,Tuesday,July 5,1955,at 9:30 a.m.,in charge of Rev. Francis Martin. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Harold R.Toner is the funeral director.
