Obituary

Nick Dziyak,64,of 11 Grove Ave.,Lynnwood,Belle Vernon,died Wednesday,Oct.8,1975,at 6:25 a.m.at Charleroi Division of Mon Valley Hospital following a lengthy illness. Born Nov.12,1910,in Czechoslovakia,Mr.Dziyak came to the Mon Valley as a child. He was employed at National Fiberclad,Inc.,Belle Vernon,until taking a disability retirement in 1971. Mr.Dziyak was a member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church,Lynnwood. Surviving are his widow,Anna Trembach Dziyak,one son,Nicholas at home,three brothers,Paul and John,both of Monessen,George of Hayward,Calif.,and four sisters,Mrs.William (Anna) Carter of San Dimas,Calif.,Mrs.Kenneth (Julia) Wherry and Mrs.Walter (Helen) Miller,both of Monessen,Mrs.William (Mary) Edwards of Richeyville. Friends will be received on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m.and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.at the Gerald R.Essey Funeral Home,626 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon. Requiem services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m.at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church,Lynnwood,with the Rev.John Kluchko,pastor,officiating. Parastas services will be held on Friday at 8 p.m.at the funeral home. Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Gerald R.Essey Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
