Eva Geeza Dudick;83;of 106 Fayette St.;Belle Vernon;died Thursday;Aug.7;1975;at 2:30 p.m.in Brownsville General Hospital after a brief illness. She was born in Poland on Oct.3;1892;and had lived in Belle Vernon the past 65 years. Mrs.Dudick was a member of Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church;Lynnwood;and St.Barbara’s Ladies Guild of the church. A son;1st Lt.William Dudick was killed June 3;1951;while serving with the U.S.Air Force and her husband;John Dudick;died April 29;1973. Surviving are a daughter;Mrs.George (Louise) Zureinsky of Akron;Ohio;two sons;Metro Dudick of Fellsburg and John Dudick Jr.of Akron;Ohio;five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Gerald R.Essey Funeral Home;626 Broad Ave.;Belle Vernon;from 7 to 9 p.m.Friday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Saturday. The body will lie in state at Holy Resurrection Orthodox Church;Lynnwood;from 12 noon Sunday until 2 p.m.that day;the time of services. Officiating will be the Rev.John Kluchko;pastor. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Parastas services will be held at the funeral home on Friday and Saturday evenings at 8. Gerald R.Essey is funeral director in charge.
