Mrs.Sophia Bell Deutsch;68;of 704 Liberty Ave.;North Charleroi;died suddenly Friday;Jan.12;1973;at her home. She was born in Riverview;Washhington County;and was a resident of Vesta for many years prior to moving to North Charleroi. She was preceded in death by her daughter;Irene Brigode;in 1966 and her husband;Robert;in 1969. She was a member of the Golden Age group in Charleroi and was an active member of the Charleroi Baptist Church. Surviving are two daughters;Mrs.William (Elsie) Nichols of Melrose;Fla.;and Mrs.Billie Rae (Linda) Harbin of Orlando;Fla.;one son;Robert A.of Charleroi;15 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren;one sister;Mrs.Thomas (Hanna) Cartmel of Monaca;one brother;Thomas A.Brown of Speers Hill. Friends will be received from 7 to 9 p.m.Saturday and 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Sunday at the Rhome Funeral Home;Monessen;where a service will be held in the chapel Monday;Jan.15;at 10 a.m.with the Rev.Glenn Smith;pastor of the Charleroi Baptist Church;officiating.
