John L.Davidson;73;of LaBelle died Thursday;Sept.23;1972;at 1:45 a.m.in the Brownsville General Hospital. He retired in 1961 as a security guard at the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. Mr.Davidson was a Navy veteran of World War I and was a member of American Legion Post 165 of Bentleyville. Surviving are a brother;Thomas E.of Ohio;a niece;Mrs.Linda Sidel of Bentleyville. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday at the Harold Toner Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;where a service will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. with the Rev.Fred Gnatuk officiating.
