Obituary

Edna Natola Ciavarra, a resident of Main St., Fayette City, was dead on arrival at the Charleroi Division of the Monongahela Valley Hospitals, Inc., on Sunday, December 30, 1973 at 6:45 p.m. She was born in Fayette City on February 14, 1902, making her seventy-one years of age. She was a daughter of the late Joseph and Lillian Kennedy Natola, and was a member of the Fayette City United Presbyterian Church, Brightwell, Daugherty Post American Legion Auxiliary, and Fayette City Women's Club. She was the wife of Joseph Ciavarra, who is a Fayette City merchant, having run a tailor shop in Fayette City for the past fifty years. Surviving, beside her husband, are one son, William L. of Fayette City, one daughter, Mrs. Wilmina Michaloski of Fayette City, one brother, Maynard Natola of Belle Vernon R.D., three sisters, Mrs. John (Minnie) Park of Fayette City, Mrs. Mabel Brinegar of Speers Hill, Charleroi, and Mrs. Ruth (Martha) Herspold of Perryopolis. Friends are being received in the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home, Fayette City, Monday after 4 p.m., where funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. Fred G. Gnatuk, pastor of the Fayette City United Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery, Belle Vernon, Pa.
