Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 10,1971,in Fayette City for Maynard L. (Leo) Clark, 45,of Apt. 62,Marion Villa, Belle Vernon. Mr. Clark,the son of Howell Clark and the late Hazel Bankert Clark, died Wednesday,July 7,1971,at 2:30 a.m. in St. Luke Hosptial,Cleveland,Ohio. Mr. Clark was born in Irwin and was a veteran of World War II,having served with the U.S. Army. He was a retired automobile mechanic. Besides his father who lives in New Stanton,he is survived by his widow,Charlotte Beaken Clark;two sons,Maynard of Cleveland,Tenn.and Allan Clark of Marion Villa;four daughters, Mrs. Leverne Williams of Cleveland,Ohio; Mrs. Dawn Hega of Stockdale,Cynthia and Bille Jo Clark,both at home;four brothers,William J. Clark of Dawson,Benjamin H. of Levittown,Richard of Cleveland,Ohio,and Melvin Clark of New Alexandria,Va.;three sisters, Mrs. Myrtle Wagner of Dundee,Fla.;Mrs. Laverne Schwickrath of Yukon, and Mrs. Marie Sager of West Newton and five grandsons. Friends are being received at the Howard W. McCrory Funeral Home,334 Main St.,Fayette City.
