Survivors include her husband;Nicholas Chabalka;at home;three daughters;Frances;Elaine and Jane;all at home and her father Frank Jereb;who made his home with the family. Services were held Nov.19 with burial in Belle Vernon Cemetery.

Obituary

Antonette J.Chabalka,44,of Belle Vernon R.D.3,died Sunday Nov.15,1970,in Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh.  She is the daughter of Frank Jereb and the late Theresa Padobnick Jereb.  Mrs. Chabalka was a member of the St. Timothy R.C.Church in Smithton,the Women's Altar Society and Christian Mothers,the Fellsburg Women's Club and the Homemakers of Fellsburg. Survivors include her husband,Nicholas Chabalka,at home,three daughters,Frances,Elaine and Jane,all at home and her father Frank Jereb,who made his home with the family.  Friends will be received at the Harold R. Toner Funeral Home,626 Broad Ave.,Belle Vernon,beginning at 2 p.m. Tuesday,Nov. 17,and Wednesday,Nov. 18,from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Bessing service at the funeral home on Thursday, Nov. 19,at 9 a.m. followed by Funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. at the St. Timothy Church of Smithton with the Rev. J.M. Filipcic,pastor,officiating.  Interment in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
