A Newell resident;Albert Curcio;60;a member of Newell Borough Council;was dead on arrival at Brownsville General Hospital Monday;Sept.22;1969; at 8:45 p.m.after suffering an apparent heart attack. Born in Newell;he was a son of the late Alfonso and Mary Gelotti Curcio. Mr.Curcio was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help R.C.church and L.O.O.M. No.269;both of Newell. He was retired from the trucking business. Surviving are his widow;Frances Walkush Curcio;four daughters;Dolores Curcio of Greensburg;Mrs.Robert (Frances) Staley of Newell;Mrs.Robert (Shirley) Otto of Havelock;N.C.;Mrs.Ronald (Cathy) Brady in Germany;seven grandchildren;three brothers;Harry;Milio and Victor of Newell;two sisters;Mrs.Ralph (Rose) Clark of Belle Vernon and Eva Curcio of Pittsburgh. Friends will be received at the Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;after 7 p.m. Tuesday. Prayer there Friday;Sept.26;at 9:30 a.m.followed by Requiem High Mass in Our Lady of Perpetual Help R.C.Church;Newell at 10 a.m. The Rev.Edward P.Gearing;pastor;will officiate. Interment;Belle Vernon Cemetery. Howard W.McCrory is funeral director.
