A former Belle Vernon woman,Mrs. Bertha Ostermier Coulter,79,of 530 Franklin St.,Butler,died Tuesday night,June 6,1967 in Hillcrest Haven Convalescent Home in Butler. Born in Tarentum,she was the daughter of the late Gustave and Sidonie Dupont Bodson. Mrs. Coulter was a member of Covenant United Presbyrterian Church,Maqueda Chapert 421,Order of Eastern Star,Good Samaritan Shrine 32,all of Butler and Women's Auxiliary to Butler County Memorial Hospital. Surviving is her husband. Henry K. Coulter. Friends are being received at the Thompson Funeral Home,124 East North St.,Butler,from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. on Wednesday. Service will take place there on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. with interment following in Belle Vernon Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests that contributions be made to the Crippled Children's Society or the Association for the Blind.
