Samuel Carson of Pricedale died suddenly at his home at 8:30 a.m. Sunday,November 30,1958,at the age of 78. He was born in Westmoreland County on July 25,1880. Surviving are three brothers,Patrick and Finley of Pricedale and John of Pittsburgh;four sisters,Mrs. Chris Brown of Pricedale,Mrs. John Pharres of New York City,Mrs. Ella Bazier of Pricedale and Mrs. Margaret Minnie of Greensburg. Friends will be received at the Pleasant Green A.M.E. Church,Priceale,after 11 a.m. Tuesday. Funeral services will be conducted from the church at 2 p.m. on Tuesday,with the Rev. Margaret Henderson,pastor of Pleasant Green Church as the officiant. Interment will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
