Mrs. Christina Collins,82,died at the home of her daughter,Mrs. S.V.Hughes,Twilight Borough, Tuesday,May 11,1954,at 8:15 a.m. Mrs. Collins who was born August 31,1871,was a life-long resident of Twilight. She is survived by two sons, Trace Collins of Charleroi,and Fred Collins of Pittsburgh;two daughters,Mrs. Kathryn Hughes of Twilight and Mrs. Ralph Ryan of Uniontown;one sister,Mrs. Bess Guiser of California state;seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Melenyzer-Ferguson Funeral Home,Belle Vernon,during visiting hours of 1 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m. Services will be held there Friday,May 14,1954 at 2 p.m. Interment will take place in Belle Vernon Cemetery. Chas. L. Melenyzer and Shelby D. Ferguson are the funeral directors.
