Max Bodock;59;of 217 Charles St.;Belle Vernon (Fairhope) died Thursday;Dec.23;1977;at 1:15 p.m.in Mercy Hospital;Pittsburgh. He was a lifelong resident of Fairhope;born there on Feb.15;1918. His parents were the late John and Helen Badock. Mr.Badock was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church of Fayette City;the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post of Belle Vernon and the Allenport Rod and Gun Club. He had served with the U.S.Army during World War II. Mr.Badock was employed at the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. He is survived by his widow;Lucille Horan Badock;two daughters;Lynne M.and Nancy A.;both at home;one brother;Stanley T.Badock of Belle Vernon and one sister;Mrs.Victor (Genevieve) Ancitano of Charleroi. Friends will be received at the Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon from 7 to 9 p.m.Saturday and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.Sunday. A Prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 11:30 a.m.with the Rev.Thomas G.Rinn of Holy Spirit Catholic Church;Fayette City. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
