Margaret Borne Bagay, 54, of 315 Crest Ave., Charleroi, died Wednesday Sept.1,1976 at 5:20 a.m. in West Penn Hospital, Pittsburgh. She was born Sept. 11, 1921 in Charleroi, the daughter of the late Marshall and Bessie Williams Borne. Educated in the Charleroi public schools, she was employed as a janitress at the Charleroi Presbyterian Church and was a member of the church and the Charleroi Turner's Club. Preceding her in death was her husband, Stephen Bagay, in 1965. Survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Bernard (Darla) Soltis of Belle Vernon and Mrs. Benjamin (Betty) Tilley of Canonsburg; three brothers, Marshall Borne of North Charleroi, Norman Borne of Darby and Robert Borne of Huntington Valley, Pa., and four grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Carl J. Spallino Funeral Home, 819 Fallowfield Ave., Charleroi, Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Services will be held Saturday Sept.4,1976 at 11 a.m.at the funeral home,the Rev.Francis M.Blair of the Charleroi Presbyterian Church officiating. Burial will follow in Belle Vernon Cemetery. The Carl J.Spallino Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
