Survivors include his widow;Mrs.Pauline Wentzel Biggs;at home;two daughters;Mrs.Vincent (Phyllis) Deluca of MIllvale;Mrs.Robert (Doris) Clark of Monessen;two sons;William of Columbus;Ohio;and Clifford of Franklin;Tenn.;one foster son;Dr.Dan DiBitetto of Bridgeport;Conn.;four sisters;Mrs.D.H.(Ruth) Bland of Las Curces;N.M.;Mrs.H.R.(Jessie) Glaspell of Akron;Ohio;Mrs.N.C.(Martha) Parsans of Blue Springs;Mo.;and Mrs.Ben (Lillian) Cooper of Charleroi. Services were held Feb.5 with burial in Belle Vernon Cemetery.
