Mr.Brinegar;who was born in Thomas;W.Va.;was a resident of Speers since 1956 and formerly lived in Fayette City and Allenport. He was a member of Gummert Lodge 252;Free and Accepted Masons of Fayette City;and was a former foreman in the tube mill of the Allenport Plant of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp.;retiring in Jan.;1968. Surviving are his widow;Mabel Ellen Natola Brinegar;a daughter;Mrs.Edward J.(Gloria) McAndrews of Belle Vernon R.D.2;four sisters;Lillie Brinegar of West View;Mrs.Marie Moore of Bentleyville;Mrs.Naomi Kelly of Charlotte;N.C.;Mrs.Dorothy Toward of West View;a granddaughter;Gloria Ellen. Friends will be received at Shelby D.Ferguson Funeral Home;Belle Vernon;after 7 p.m. Aug.18. Service there Thursday;Aug.20;at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev.Robert C.Guffey;pastor of Speers United Methodist Church;officiating. Interment;Belle Vernon Cemetery.
