Born in Fayette County;Mr.Bednar was a son of the late George and Anna Matillac Bednar. Surviving are his widow;Helen Klinsky Bednar;two sons;Andrew R.of Warren;Ohio;and Lawrence of Elyria;Ohio;two daughters;Mrs.Dorothy Valosen of Perryopolis and Mrs.Martha DeFrancesco of Fayette City R.D.1;five brothers;George of Perryopolis;John and Edward of Warren;Ohio;Joseph of Monessen;Peter of Fayette City;three sisters;Mrs.Mary Teringo;Mrs.Anna Pabin and Mrs.Helen Kozel;all of Warren;Ohio;10 grandchildren. Friends will be received at Howard W.McCrory Funeral Home;Fayette City;after 7 p.m.Feb.20.
