A Monessen resident since 1941,Rosario Barone,78,of 224 Oneida St., died suddenly at his home Wednesday, June 15,1966,about 7:30 p.m. Mr. Barone retired from the Monessen plant of Pittsburgh Steel Co. in 1956. He was a member of St. Cajetan's Roman Catholic Church of Monessen, Italia Unita Club of Charleroi and Italian Society of Mutual Aid, Monessen. Surviving are two sons and two sisters,all in Italy;seven nephews,Patsy Runfola of Monessen,Vincent Runfola of Pittsburgh,Dominick Cardinale of Belle Vernon,Ray Barone and Don Barone,both of Clearfield,Pa.,Jack Barone of Buffalo,N.Y.and Joseph Barone of Brunswick,Ga.; six nieces,Mrs. Dominick (Mary) Cardinale of Belle Vernon,Mrs. Herman (Mary) Bellora and Mrs.John (Julia) Skoczlas of Monessen,Mrs. James (Josephine) Caruso of DuBois,Pa.,Mrs. James (Lucy) Catania of Drexel Hill, Pa,and Mrs. Louis (Lillian) Cillo of Clearfield,Pa. Friends are being received at the Raymond D. Dalfonso Funeral Home,Monessen. Blessing service there at 9 a.m. Saturday,June 18,followed by Requiem High Mass at 9:30 a.m. in St. Cajetan's R.C.Church,Monessen. The Rev. Ernest P. Kish will officiate. Interment,Belle Vernon Cemetery. Raymond D. Dalfonso,funeral director.
