Michael Brilla;73;of Fayette City;died at his home;Wednesday June 3;1959;at 8:30 a.m. He was born in Austria;August 2;1881;and was a member of St.Mary’s Greek Catholic Byzantine Church;Monessen. He was retired from the Monessen plant of the Pittsburgh Steel company. He is survived by his wife;Pauline;one son Paul of Fayette City;five daughters;Mrs.Marie Sioarakes;Detroit;Michigan;Mrs.Thornton (Anna) Wellington;Charleroi;Mrs.Elizabeth Todd;at home;Mrs.Stephen (Margaret) Yelanich;Fayette City;and Mrs.carl (Sophie) Witmyer;Charleroi;one brother;Paul of Aliquippa;two sisters;Mrs.George Fedora;Fayette City;and Mrs.John Ozorish;Donora;seventeen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the McCrory Funeral Home. Prayer there Friday;June 5;1959;at 9:30 a.m.;will be followed by Requiem High Mass at 10 a.m.in St.Anthony’s Catholic Church;Monessen;in charge of Rev.Andrew D.Pavensky of St.Mary’s Greek Catholic Byzantine Church.
