Mrs. Lettie Carson Bostic,of Herminie,R.D.2 died Wednesday,July 10,1957,at 12:30 p.m. at her home. Mrs. Bostic was born Sept. 22,1878. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Dolly Stallworth,of New York City;four sisters, Mrs. Chris Brown of Belle Vernon,Mrs. John Phares,of Pittsburgh and Mrs. Ella Bazier and Mrs. Margaret Minnie,both of Pricedale;four brothers, Patrick,Samuel and Finley,all of Pricedale and John of Pittsburgh;one grandson and three great-grandchildren. Friends will be received at the home of her brother,Patrick Carson,in Pricedale after 6 p.m. on July 11. Services will be held there Saturday,July 13,at 2 p.m.,with the Rev. Marian Young,of the Pleasant Green A.M.E. Church officiating. Interment will be in Belle Vernon Cemetery. George M. McCrory and Son,Fayette City,funeral directors.
